Content Creator — Games, Trivia & Interactive Stories

About Voice Games

Voice Games is a multi-platform game studio that turns everyday screens into playgrounds for families, friends, and curious minds — from smart TVs and voice assistants to web and mobile. We build everything from party games and daily puzzles to quick-fire choice games and trivia.

Our games run on content — fresh questions, new themes, clever stories, daily surprises. We're looking for a Content Creator who can produce all of it at scale, across formats and platforms, without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do

  • Create trivia questions, quiz packs, game rounds, and "Would You Rather" content across multiple formats and difficulty levels.
  • Write short interactive stories for kids (ages 5–12) that are fun, age-appropriate, and work across voice and screen.
  • Develop themed content sets — pop culture, festivals, education, kids, and more — on a daily and weekly cadence.
  • Adapt content for different platforms — what works on Alexa sounds different from what works on a TV screen or a phone.
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to generate, refine, and scale content faster — this is part of the workflow, not a shortcut.
  • Structure everything in clean, reusable formats (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable) so engineering can plug it straight in.
  • Brainstorm new game themes, maintain content calendars, and keep quality, accuracy, and variety consistently high.

Experience – Must-Haves

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, editorial, educational content, or game content.
  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills — your work is clear, engaging, and doesn't need heavy cleanup.
  • You can produce high-volume content without dropping quality — this role is daily output, not one polished piece a week.
  • A genuine love for quizzes, puzzles, word games, and kids' storytelling. If you don't enjoy this stuff, the work will show it.
  • Comfortable working in structured formats — Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, or similar.
  • Hands-on with AI tools for content creation — you already use them to move faster.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience writing for games, voice experiences, or edutainment products.
  • Basic experience with Canva or similar tools for light visual content.
  • Strong pop culture knowledge or interest in puzzle construction.
  • Familiarity with how content works differently across voice, TV, web, and mobile.

Who Should Apply

You're the person who plays trivia games and thinks "I could write better questions than this." You probably have a notes app full of quiz ideas, story fragments, or game concepts. You can write ten solid trivia questions before lunch and a kids' story before the end of the day — and you enjoy both equally. If you've ever created content for a game, an app, or an interactive experience, we want to see it.

What We Offer

  • 100% remote work (US / India).
  • Games already live and used by millions of players — your content reaches real people immediately.
  • Creative ownership over the content that powers an entire game portfolio.
  • A small, fast-moving team where your ideas make it into the product quickly.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
