Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use the Service unless supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
License & Acceptable Use. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Payments are processed by platform providers (e.g., Amazon for Alexa/Fire TV, Roku for Roku apps) under their own terms and refund policies. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice where required by law.
User Content. If you submit input, voice responses, gameplay choices, feedback, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it as needed to operate, improve, and support the Service. You represent that you have rights to the User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Third-Party Platforms. The Service integrates with Amazon Alexa, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and other Smart TV platforms. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. Features, billing, refunds, and availability are subject to platform rules and may vary by region, OS version, device model, and network conditions. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or platform data handling.
Intellectual Property. The Service and its content (including text, graphics, logos, sounds, and software) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or materials without our written permission.
Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses; or damages resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service, (b) any third-party interruptions, errors, or security incidents, (c) platform-level issues on Alexa, Roku, Fire TV, or other Smart TV platforms, or (d) content or links provided by third parties. Where limits are restricted by local law, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted.
Changes, Availability & Termination. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Governing Law & Venue. For U.S. users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For UK/EU (including Germany) users, these Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your consumer rights under mandatory local law.
